At Climb Europe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-performance fashion and gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for all returns and exchanges. Please ensure all items are unworn, include original tags, and are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to your Climb Europe account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and include a copy of your packing slip or RMA confirmation inside the box.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided pre-paid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
