This Cicerone walking Guidebook describes 40 circular walks ranging from 4 to 12 miles long in Norfolk. The various walks cover a surprisingly varied landscape, including the Broads, Brecks, Fens and coastal dunes, salt marsh and tidal creeks. These circular walks are mostly flat walks that use footpaths, bridleways and quiet country lanes, whilst some involve parts of long-distance paths, including the Peddars Way, Norfolk Coast Path, Boudica's Way and Weavers Way.
For each walk there is a step-by-step description, complete with OS mapping at a scale of 1:40,000. Also included is information Norfolk's rich history and unique plants and wildlife, geological and other information about the landscape the route passes through.
