Pembroke Range West (Volume 2) Rock Climbing Guidebook
Pembroke Range West is the comprehensive guidebook to the sea cliff climbing between Milford Haven to Perimeter Bays in South Pembroke, and it covers the part of the Castlemartin Range extending westwards from Stack Rocks car park. The majority of the guidebook covers the climbing that has only been developed since the early 90ās as the area forms part of a live and active firing range owned by the Military. Therefore access is restricted and all climbers have to attend a briefing. However this is a small price to pay for to enjoy the excellent climbing here across all grades on generally solid and unpolished rock.
At the start of each area there is a detailed map and additional approach shots. All the routes are shown on colour photo topos along with detailed route descriptions. Over 1,100 sea cliff routes are described including some that offer dramatic and outrageous situations.
