There are 35 circular routes ranging from 8km to 19km long around Edale, Marsden, Fairholmes, Baslow and Castleton, including Kinder Scout and Mam Tor. Plus there are 5 longer routes from 25km to 45km long exploring the Gritstone Edges, High Moorland and Deep Valleys in the Dark Peak.
For each of the 35 circular walks there is a detailed route description, accompanied by OS mapping at a scale of 1:50,000, along with interesting facts about local points of interest. The 5 longer walks are summarised in the final section, including a classic circuit of the Kinder Scout skyline.
